About
A small team, one stubborn problem.
Neurovane started in 2023 with a report that took four hours to produce and eleven minutes to read. The reading physician had the diagnosis in the first pass; the rest of the day went into finding the prior study, retyping the template, and translating the summary for a family that did not read English comfortably.
That ratio is the whole product thesis. Clinical judgement is not the bottleneck in most diagnostic centres in Southeast Asia — the paperwork around it is. So we build the paperwork layer: structured review, scheduled follow-up, and documentation that survives a ward where the chart is in one language and the conversation is in another.
How we work
- Deploy on-site. Every site gets a person in the room for the first two weeks. Software that needs a champion to survive month three is not deployed, it is demoed.
- Clinician signs, always. The platform drafts and flags. A qualified clinician reviews and signs. We do not ship anything that blurs that line.
- Patient data out of the model. Not a policy page — an ingest rule. If a feature cannot work on de-identified input, we do not ship the feature.
- Funded by revenue. No outside capital since 2024. It is slower, and it means roadmap decisions are made by the clinics paying for them.
Where we are
14 people in Makati City: eight in engineering, three in clinical applications, three in operations. Deployments at 14 clinical sites — 11 in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao), two Singapore pilots, one Malaysia pilot.
