Terms of service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern access to the Neurovane platform and this website. Platform use by a clinic is additionally governed by a signed service agreement and data processing agreement; where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Clinical responsibility
Neurovane is workflow software, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, and it does not replace clinician judgement. Every draft, staging suggestion or translated note requires review and sign-off by a qualified clinician before it becomes part of a patient record.
3. Accounts
Accounts are issued per named individual and may not be shared. Clinic administrators are responsible for deactivating accounts when staff leave. Credentials must not be reused across services.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload identifiable patient data except through the platform's designated intake path.
- Do not attempt to access another clinic's workspace, or to bypass role restrictions.
- Do not use the platform to produce records that misrepresent a clinical finding.
5. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the platform, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. Reading and urgent-care workflows should retain a documented offline fallback at each site.
6. Fees
Fees are set out in the order form or subscription schedule. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual property
Clinic data and clinic-authored content remain the clinic's property. Neurovane retains rights in the software, templates and documentation it supplies. No licence is granted to use clinic data for model training.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neurovane's aggregate liability under a subscription is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or for matters that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice to cure. On termination, data export is provided in standard formats, and identifiable data is deleted per the DPA.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with the courts of Makati City having exclusive jurisdiction.
